ExakTime Forms allows you to have users/employees answer questions when clocking in or out for the day and collect that date for further review in ExakTime Connect. One of the methods for reviewing Form Responses is from the "Time Card Details" through columns to the time card for quick viewing. For this to be available for users, several steps must be completed in ExakTime Connect.

ExakTime Forms

To view responses with a time card column:

• The Form must be a clock in or clock out form. Library forms cannot be viewed via columns on the time card. 
• The Form must be Active.

Permissions

Permission must be granted to users to view form responses via time card columns. Permission can also be granted to specify which form responses can be viewed from time cards via columns.

Enabling Form Responses For Time Cards

• Go to Manage and click on Company Settings.

  

• Click on Optional Features.

  

• Enable "Mobile Form Responses on Time Card Views."

  

• Click Save at the bottom. You may need to sign out of ExakTime Connect and back in for the option to appear on the "Form Manager" page.

Selecting The Responses for Time Card Columns

• Go to Tools and click on Forms Manager.

  

• Click Form Response Selector from the navigation menu. If the option does not appear and you recently enabled the feature from "Company Settings", you may need to sign out and back in for it to appear.

  

• Select the form from the drop-down menu. If a desired form is not listed, check that the form is active.

  

• Check the box to the left of the Mobile Form questions that you want responses displayed on your time card.

  

• Any changes done are saved automatically.

Adding Mobile Form Responses To Your Time Card

• Go to Time Management and click Timecards.

  

• Click the Column Manager button.
  • Click and drag the mobile form question from the Hide to the Show column.
  • Mobile Form columns have a green bar in the column Manager.
