Using the Employee FaceFront Report for ExakTime

The Employee FaceFront report allows you to quickly review the first and last FaceFront photos with their overall hours in a single report for employees tracking their time with time cards.

Employees tracking their time with timesheets will not be listed on the employee facefront report.

If you need to review all clock in/out photos throughout the day for an employee, you can review them from the employee's time card. Refer to the following dedicated article for more information.

If you would like more information about the general use of reports, you can refer to the following article.

Filters

The Employee FaceFront Report can only filter the report by employees and/or locations.

Example of the Report

The report will list the clock in and out times, associated location(s), overall hours, and FaceFront photos taken by the employee.

If a clock in/out does not have a FaceFront photo, such as due to being manually created, a blank placeholder will be shown.

When generating the report with a large date range, it is possible that the report will have such a large volume of data that the report will not process normally. You may see a message similar to "Sorry, there was a problem running the report. Please adjust your report options to include a smaller dataset".

In these instances, we recommend adjusting your filters/date ranges for a smaller volume of data (e.g., instead of running a report for 4 continuous months, try two reports going over 2-month chunks.)
