ExakTime Mobile can utilize a variety of a device's features such as the camera, GPS, microphone, photo storage, and more after being granted permission by the device user. If a user has accidentally blocked ExakTime Mobile from accessing a mobile device feature such as the camera, the user can go to the phone's settings and allow access to the feature again. The steps may differ depending on the version of iOS and Android on the device.

For iOS
Depending on the age of your iOS device, the steps may differ, but the idea is consistent.
General Permissions
- Open Settings
- Scroll through the list and press ExakTime
- Enable the necessary permissions.
Camera Permission
Camera permissions allows you to take FaceFront and Field Note photos.
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Go to Camera.
- Look for and tap ExakTime.
- Enable the necessary permissions.
Location Services Permission
Location services is a service that allows apps permission to receive GPS information from the phone to help determine where the device is located.
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Go to Location Services.
- Look for and tap ExakTime.
- Select the appropriate location services option for GeoTrakker. We recommend selecting "Always".
- Enable the necessary permissions.
Notification Permission
- Open Settings
- Go to Notifications.
- Look for and tap ExakTime.
- Enable the appropriate notification option(s)
Cellular Data Permission
- Open Settings.
- Go to Cellular.
- Make sure Cellular Data is enabled.
- Look for and tap ExakTime to make sure that cellular data has been enabled for ExakTime.
