12/2025 - Arcoro Integration Release Notes

This upcoming maintenance release introduces a host of enhancements aimed at boosting accuracy and alignment across systems.  As always, this release also includes various optimizations and minor bug fixes for integrations with Acumatica, CMiC, Sage 300, Sage 100, Spectrum, Vista, and Sage Intacct, ensuring a smoother experience for all users.

Enhancements

Integrations Module

  • Integrations now forcibly logs users out when authentication cookies become inconsistent with Identity (often when switching between local/QA/prod).
    • Use Cases: Prevents broken sessions, blank screens, and inconsistent permissions when switching environments or returning from idle.
    • Impacted Users: All Integrations users, support staff, developers, internal QA.Providers:
  • Sync logs throughout IntFx now group repetitive fields and reduce noise, improving readability for support and customer admins.
    • Use Cases: Diagnosing sync problems becomes faster and clearer.
    • Impacted Users: Support engineers, implementation teams, technical admins.
  • For flagged companies, Integrations now emits basic telemetry (import/export timestamps) to ChurnZero.
    • Use Cases: Customer Success teams can monitor integration adoption without manual checks.
    • Impacted Users: Customer Success, internal product analytics.
  • The Companies grid now includes disabled companies with clear enablement indicators.
    • Use Cases: Improves troubleshooting when syncs fail due to disabled modules.
    • Impacted Users: Support, PS, integration admins.
  • Sync execution is blocked if the Arcoro product source/destination is disabled.
    • Use Cases: Prevents misleading “successful” syncs that never should run.
    • Impacted Users: Integration admins, support teams.
  • Contractor Model Date Standardization: Converted DOB, Start Date, Termination Date to DateOnly to eliminate timezone drift.
    • Use Cases: Fixes inconsistencies when contractor data crosses midnight UTC boundaries.
    • Impacted Users: Any customer syncing contractor data

Acumatica

  • Correct IA State Tax Filing Status & Allowances: Iowa state tax filing status “Other” and allowance totals now sync correctly to CoreHR.
    • Use Cases: Ensures accurate tax withholding for Iowa employees.
    • Impacted Users: Payroll admins, HR teams supporting IA employees.
  • Terminated Employees No Longer Set Active in Acumatica: Acumatica writer now respects CoreHR termination status and properly disables payroll flags.
    • Use Cases: Prevents incorrect payroll activation for terminated workers.
    • Impacted Users: HR/payroll teams managing recurring/seasonal/terminated employees in Acumatica.

CMiC

  • Optional Seniority Date Mapping: New connector line allows mapping Hire Date to Seniority Date. Disabled by default.
    • Use Cases: Supports companies with seniority-based rules/reporting.
    • Impacted Users: CMiC payroll admins.

Sage 300

  • Resolved an issue where the Sage 300 integration occasionally made duplicate requests for the final page of data during large syncs. Paging logic now stops cleanly after retrieving the last page, eliminating unnecessary API calls and improving performance consistency.
    • Use Cases: When syncing large Sage 300 datasets to Core HR or a file destination, the system now processes each page exactly once, ensuring faster, cleaner data transfers without duplication or redundant calls.
    • Impacted Users:Arcoro customers using the Sage 300 integration, especially HR and payroll admins managing large data imports or exports who benefit from reduced runtime and greater sync reliability.

Sage 100

  • Prevent sending expired state tax records from CoreHR to Sage 100. The writer now filters out state tax entries whose end date is in the past, so only active/valid tax data is written.
    • Use Cases:
      • An HR/Payroll admin syncing to Sage 100 avoids pushing historical/expired state tax entries reducing rejections and cleanup.
      • Implementers/support can troubleshoot faster since only active tax records appear in the destination.
    • Impacted Users:Arcoro customers using the Sage 100 integration, particularly payroll admins and implementation/support teams managing employee tax setups.
  • SSN Reading/Writing & Required SSN Enforcement: Sage 100 syncs now read SSNs from HH2 correctly. This subsequently also allows them to be properly updated within HH2 with logged changes.
    • Use Cases: Prevents invalid employee records and downstream payroll errors.
    • Impacted Users: Companies integrating with Sage.

Spectrum

  • New update to prevent removal of inactive or end-dated direct deposits: The sync preserves historical DD records instead of deleting them in Spectrum.
    • Use Cases: Prevents removal of inactive direct deposit accounts that are still used in Spectrum.
    • Impacted Users: Spectrum customers and payroll admins.
  • Employee Exclusion Filter Override: A new “exclude” filter that always takes precedence over employee include filtering rules.
    • Use Cases: Allows suppressing individual employees (execs, contractors, test accounts).
    • Impacted Users: Spectrum customers and payroll admins.
  • Compensation Scope Now Optional: Compensation can be disabled while permitting demographic-only syncs.
    • Use Cases: Supports customers using external comp systems.
    • Impacted Users: Implementation teams, Spectrum customers, and payroll admins.

Vista

      • Less manual intervention for customers.
      • Faster onboarding, fewer misconfigurations.
    • Impacted Users: Vista customers and support.
  • Waived Benefits Now Export as Zero-Dollar Rows: When a benefit is waived, Vista exports include a zero-dollar line so Vista clears old deductions properly.
    • Use Cases: Prevents lingering stale benefit deductions.
    • Impacted Users:Pa yroll admins and Vista customers handling benefit changes.
  • Override Limit + Override Checkbox Support: File #6 now includes columns for override indicator + override amount.
    • Use Cases: Supports Vista’s requirements for custom contribution ceilings.
    • Impacted Users: Vista-integrated payroll processors.

    • Use Cases: Ensures Time Off financial posting follows the correct project/cost code structure.
    • Impacted Users: Intacct payroll & finance teams.
