We are updating the Hub platform to add support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enabling our internal teams to provision all Arcoro modules from a single location. This update allows new customers with ATS to be provisioned directly within Hub and provides a pathway for existing ATS customers to migrate to the Hub platform, streamlining setup and management across all products.  Once ATS is enabled in Hub for a customer, Hub will sync common user fields between the products.

• Near Real-time updates of employee fields/data shared between modules.

What is Acroro Hub?

Arcoro Hub is our solution that allows improved integration of similar data across Arcoro modules by eliminating needless data entry across modules, syncing of data with near real-time updates, and more. 

What Data Syncs?

The following user fields will sync between ATS and Arcoro Hub:

• Email (Work)
  • If the work email differs across modules, the Applicant Tracking System will update the email to keep this field consistent and in sync across all products.
• First Name
  • If the first name differs across modules, the Applicant Tracking System will update the first name to keep this field consistent and in sync across all products.
• Last Name
  • If the last name differs across modules, the Applicant Tracking System will update the last name to keep this field consistent and in sync across all products.
• Status (Active/Inactive)
• ATS Role
• Username

Consideration for Core HR Users

If you use both ATS and Core HR, Core HR will be the source of truth for shared employee profile fields. Any updates to name, email, username, or status should be made in Core HR and will reflect in ATS. There is minimal disruption expected to your current workflows.
