This initiative introduces a new static landing page that serves as a centralized entry point for Hub-enabled users. The landing page will provide clear navigation to Arcoro product areas and systems the logged-in user has access to, helping users quickly orient themselves and access the right tools after logging in.
The page will be organized by high-level product areas: Hire, Manage, and Grow, with links to the applicable systems within each area. For example, the Hire section will include links to ATS and Onboarding. Only products and systems that the logged-in user is entitled to access will be displayed.
The initial release will focus on a simple, static experience to establish consistent navigation across products. This landing page will replace the current post login experience for existing Hub users.
How This Helps You
This change will initially apply only to users who are already Hub-enabled and use multiple Arcoro modules. These users will begin using the new static landing page as their post-login experience once it is rolled out.
Single-module users and users who are not yet Hub-enabled will not be impacted as part of this phase. For affected users, the change is limited to the post-login landing experience only and does not alter existing product functionality, data, or permissions.
This phased approach allows Arcoro to introduce a consistent entry point for multi-module users while minimizing disruption and laying out the groundwork for future enhancements.
Who This Affects
Users will now be automatically routed to the new landing page when all the following conditions are met:
- Company is Hub-enabled
- Employee has access to more than one module from the following list:
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- ONB (Onboarding)
- ET (Employee Time)
- LMS (Learning Management System)
- PER (Performance)
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Integrations
Please Note for ATS Users
If you have the ATS, the "Applicant Tracking" option will not be listed until your organization has integrated your ATS with Arcoro Hub after 2/19/26. Integrating the ATS with Arcoro Hub will be done in phases, so your organization may be integrated at a later date. Until they are integrated, you can select any other module you are using and use the module navigation found in the top-right to reach the ATS.
Special Exceptions
For employees with Core HR access, the following rules apply:
✓ Core HR Admins → Will receive Hub access
✗ Core HR Employees → Will NOT receive Hub access (they will continue using the Employee Portal)
