Arcoro Hub is our solution that allows improved integration of similar data across Arcoro modules by eliminating needless data entry across modules, syncing of data with near real-time updates, and more. The Applicant Tracking System will be included as part of this integration to help sync data between the ATS and other Arcoro modules.
What Data Syncs
The following user fields will sync between ATS and Arcoro Hub and eventually to other integrated modules:

Things to Note
- At this time, HUB-enabled users who have ATS, ONB, and ExakTime, new hires pushed from ATS to ONB pass will not sync to ExakTime as well.
Consideration for Core HR Users
If you use both ATS and Core HR, Core HR will be the source of truth for shared employee profile fields. Any updates to name, email, username, or status should be made in Core HR and will reflect in ATS. There is minimal disruption expected to your current workflows.
