This release introduces the ability to exclude specific individuals in Core HR from syncing to Payroll. Administrators can now designate certain employees to remain active in Core HR for benefits and workforce management purposes without being created or updated in Payroll. This enhancement improves flexibility for users with complex organizational structures and eliminates unnecessary payroll records and related sync noise.

Run Sync Modal - Exclude Employee Ids

When manually running a Core HR → Payroll sync, admins can now:

• Enter one or more Employee IDs in the Exclude Employee Ids field
• Prevent those specific employees from being processed in that sync
  execution

This exclusion applies only to the current sync run only. 

Things to Note

• No persistent exclusion flag at the person level.
• No bulk upload mechanism beyond manual ID entry.
• No changes to scheduled sync behavior outside of the run-level configuration.
