We have refreshed the Time Clock experience with updated styling and modernized backend technology to support upcoming enhancements, including photo attachments for ExakTime Forms and future updates related to the unified Arcoro mobile application. This release also introduces minor interface improvements designed to increase accuracy during the clock-in process, expanded face front photo capabilities, and a new confirmation screen to help employees verify their selections before submitting a punch.

Enhancements

Menu Changes

• Navigation Bar: For iOS users, the navigation will move to the top to match Android for a consistent user experience.
• Sync Button: A dedicated "Sync" button is available on the bottom right of the screen.
• Stop Override: A dedicated "Stop Override" button is available in the bottom-left of the screen.
• Meal Break: The "Meal Break" button will appear when an employee with a meal break policy is clocked in.

Entity Selection (Location, Cost Code, Equipment, etc.)

• The entity name and ID will appear on the same line.
• On the "Equipment" (and other optional selections) screen, a prominent "Next" button will be shown so employees can progress without needing to make a selection.

Clock For

• The "Clock For" will have some minor styling changes.
• The "Meal Break" button will appear when an employee with a meal break policy is clocked in.
• Will allow you to see the employee's that are clocked in on the device to allow you to start meal breaks or clock out individuals.

GeoFence Warning

• The "GeoFence" warning/restriction menus will have some minor styling changes.

FaceFront

The "FaceFront" menu now allows employees to retake and confirm their photo submission.

Clock In Confirmation

• A confirmation screen that will show users their face front and the locations, cost codes, and equipment selected in the punch process. 
• Allows employees to restart the clock-in or out process to change selections prior to submission.
