We are excited to release an update to Exaktime Forms. This update will allow customers to utilize employee form assignments when using the Library Form type.

This update will bring parity to Exaktime Form types. Previously, only Clock in and out forms allowed for direct employee assignments. Now, customers can choose which employees or employee groups will have access to Library Forms.

This enhancement requires Exaktime Mobile 2.107.

Enhancements

When adding a new or editing an existing Library type form, you will see the "Assignment" tab, the same tab that is available on "Clock In" and "Clock Out" forms. You will be able to assign Library forms to All Employees, Specific Employees, or Active Employees in Employee Groups.
