Managing your system integrations just got easier and smarter. With the new Scheduling feature in the Integrations module, you no longer need to manually trigger data syncs between Arcoro and your ERP systems — set your integrations to run automatically, on the cadence that fits your team.
Manually triggering payroll and HR data syncs takes time, invites missed runs, and forces someone to remember the cadence. Scheduling hands that work to the platform so your team gets time back, and your data stays in step with your business — without the manual lift.
Enhancements
When this feature is released, you'll see two new options on the left-hand navigation:
- Schedules
- Schedules History
Creating a Schedule
- Go to the "Schedules" menu.
- Click New Schedule in the top left corner.
- Give it a clear, descriptive name (for example, "Daily Payroll Sync" or "Weekly Payroll Sync").
- Set the frequency (one-time, hourly, daily, or weekly) and the interval that should run on that frequency.
- Pick the days, start date and time, your time zone, and an optional end date.
- Select the sync this schedule applies to, and add any employee ID include/exclude filters.
- Add email recipients for run notifications, then click Save.
FAQs
- What's the difference between Schedules History and Sync History?
- Schedules History shows only the syncs executed by the scheduler. Sync History is the full picture — every sync, whether it was triggered by the scheduler or manually by a user.
- Can I still run a sync manually after I've scheduled it?
- Yes. You can manually execute a sync at any time from both the Schedules screen and the Schedules History screen — useful when you need updates pushed to payroll right away.
- What happens when a schedule reaches its end date?
- The system automatically deactivates the sync at the end date you set, so you don't have to remember to turn it off.
- Can I pause a schedule without deleting it?
- Yes. Use the Active checkbox to deactivate a schedule and reactivate it later when you need it running again.
