The "Dashboard" for Arcoro Payroll provides a glimpse of your company's information ranging from employee items to be addressed, employees based on their pay schedule, and your pay schedules.
Dashboard
Your "Dashboard" will show widgets that have been enabled from your "Company Settings".
Employee Onboarding Issues
The "Employee Onboarding Issues" widget will show any employees with possible issues for you to review or address. These issues are grouped into two categories: Blocked and Attention.
Blocked items are critical and must be resolved before payroll can be processed. For example, an employee missing a date of birth would be flagged as "Blocked".
Attention items are less urgent, but still important. They will not stop a payroll run, but they should be addressed to avoid future problems, such as an employee missing tax withholding details. These should be resolved before the end of each quarter.
If there are no issues, you will see a “No employee onboarding issues” message.
Clicking the number tile will show a list of employees the issue is about:
Employee Headcount by Pay Schedule
The "Employee Headcount by Pay Schedule" will show a breakdown of the employees by their pay schedule. Clicking any colored portion of the pie chart will take you to the "People" list with the given employees.
YTD Employer Cost as % of Gross Pay
The "YTD Employer Cost" will show a bar chart of the employer's cost in relation to gross pay. Hovering over a bar will show a more accurate percentage.
Pay Schedule
The "Pay Schedule" tile will show relevant dates for the selected pay schedule.
Contractor Onboarding Issues
The "Contractor Onboarding Issues" widget will show any contractors with possible issues for you to review or address.
Clicking the number tile will show a list of employees the issue is about:
Customizing Dashboard Widgets
- Click the gear icon towards the top-right.
- Select/deselect the widgets for your Dashboard.
- Save your changes.
