Those using Onboarding together with Learning and/or Performance, without Core HR, can now automatically provision new hires into Talent modules as soon as they complete their onboarding paperwork. Previously, this required manual intervention, delaying access to learning courses and performance management tools.
When a new hire completes their onboarding paperwork, they are now automatically activated and provisioned in the Talent modules your company has configured, Learning, Performance, or both. No manual steps are required, and employees can begin accessing learning courses and performance reviews immediately after onboarding is complete.
