Construction and field-service companies that hire in ATS and onboard employees in Onboarding with ExakTime or other downstream Arcoro modules have been hitting a silent gap in the hire-to-onboard workflow. When a recruiter marks a candidate as Hired in ATS and initiates the post-hire process, the screen they see comes from the ATS — not Onboarding. That means the Add Employee to Arcoro products checkbox, which lives in Onboarding, never appears. The result: newly onboarded employees don’t get synced into ExakTime or Talent modules automatically, and HR or operations teams have to manually re-enter those employees.
This release fixes that gap. The Add Employee to Arcoro products checkbox now appears in the ATS post-hire workflow for customers with a product combination that includes Onboarding with ExakTime or Talent products (LMS, Performance), but without Core HR. When the checkbox is selected, the sync preference is passed to Onboarding, and the employee moves into downstream modules automatically — no duplicate data entry required.

How to Access
In ATS, navigate to a Job Profile and update an applicant’s Disposition to Hired. The applicant moves to the Inactive bubble, and a new icon appears in the Actions column: Manage applicant post-hire process. Clicking that icon opens the post-hire screen where the Add Employee to Arcoro products checkbox now appears — provided the company has Onboarding and at least one connected downstream module (e.g., ExakTime) configured.

Interactions with Other Features
This change only affects the ATS post-hire screen for customers who have Onboarding and at least one connected downstream module configured. The sync behavior in Onboarding itself — for employees added directly in Onboarding — is not changed. Customers using the Talent sync pattern for Hub will benefit from the aligned company provider mapping introduced in this release.
Availability and Access
This feature is available to all Arcoro customers who have both ATS and Onboarding, with at least one additional connected module (such as ExakTime or Talent) enabled. There is no additional licensing requirement.
- Recruiters and hiring managers in ATS — can see and select the sync checkbox during the post-hire workflow for eligible companies.

FAQs
- Why wasn’t the sync checkbox showing up before?
The post-hire screen in ATS is separate from the Onboarding screen where the checkbox previously lived. Because the ATS version of the screen didn’t include the checkbox, recruiters using ATS to hire never saw it — even if their company had ExakTime connected. This release adds the checkbox to the ATS version of the screen.
- Which modules are supported for sync from ATS?
The checkbox triggers sync to any Arcoro modules enabled for the company, including ExakTime, Learning and Performance. The system checks which modules are configured at the time the post-hire screen loads.
- Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
