Organizations with the ATS, ONB, ExakTime, and Talent can send candidates they hired through the ATS to other respective modules to track their time, and/or begin their training. This option will only be available if an organization has the ATS, ONB, and at least one other downstream module (ExakTime or Talent) and is not using Core HR.
How to Send Employees to Other Modules
- The user with appropriate permissions will go through the hiring process for a candidate as usual. The user will set the candidate's disposition to "Hired" when appropriate.
- Click the InActive button.
- Click the
"Manage Applicant Post-Hire Process" icon under the “Actions” column for the candidate.
Enable the "Add Employee to Arcoro products" option while you are moving the applicant to other modules. Click Submit Candidate when finished.
- Failure to enable the checkbox while managing the post-hire process will not automatically sync the applicant to ExakTime or other downstream modules. The applicant will still be able to complete their Onboarding paperwork, but will need to be added manually to other Arcoro modules.
