With the June release, Arcoro ATS is removing all auto-refresh functionality for job postings. The following updates will take effect on June 24:
- The Auto-Refresh toggle in Administration > Account Information will be hidden and disabled.
- The Refresh Job Distribution button on the job detail page will be removed.
- Automated email reminders prompting you to refresh jobs will be turned off.
- Any existing auto-refresh settings that are currently active will be automatically disabled on the release date — no action is required from you.
Why We're Making This Change
Indeed has updated its platform best practices and now recommends against job refreshing as it could potentially lead to reducing visibility and performance of your listings.
Removing this functionality protects the health of your job postings and ensures your open roles receive the best possible distribution on Indeed.
What This Means for You
Going forward, please use the existing actions in the Arcoro ATS to pause or close jobs at the appropriate time. To pause a job, it can be placed on hold, and to close a job, the status can be changed to closed. Using these actions at the appropriate times gives you full control over the release of your job and ensures each posting is distributed according to our best practices.
No action is required before June 24, 2026. Auto-refresh will be disabled automatically for all accounts on the release date.
