Arcoro Payroll offers a number of notifications to alert users to issues or potential issues so they can be addressed in a timely manner.

- Expand Setup from the side menu in Payroll.
- Click Notifications.
Types of Notifications
We currently offer notifications for the following two situations:
- Balancing Payroll Created — Sends when creating a new balancing payroll. Arcoro will retrieve the full itemized breakdown, then deliver it in the notification so recipients have complete context before the debit occurs.
- Filing Status Change — Sends when a company filing moves to a meaningful status, such as submitted or filed. Amendment chain context is included when applicable, covering both standard filing updates and W-2C amendment tracking.
Notifications Menu
The "Notifications" menu will list current notification recipients.
Click the trash can icon to remove a recipient.
Adding Recipients
- Click the "Select Notifications Recipients to Add" field and select the intended recipients. The listed recipients are your existing Hub users.
- Click Add Selected Recipients. They will be listed in the menu.
Example Notifications
Notification emails will be sent from <donotreply@arcoro.com>. If you do not receive an email as expected, please check your spam/junk folders and make sure that your organization does not have any filters that may be blocking emails from <donotreply@arcoro.com>.
