[ATS] Add Candidate Directly Within a Job

Release Notes

Recruiters are now able to create a new candidate or attach an existing candidate without leaving the job record—especially helpful when managing active hiring workflows and moving quickly while keeping the right job context in view. The feature removes extra navigation to the broader candidate area and reduces the risk of attaching candidates to the wrong job. For high-volume hiring across many open roles, this keeps candidate entry and job association faster and more direct.

[ATS] Add New ATS Tasks to Workplace Dashboard

ATS task links have been added to the Arcoro Workplace dashboard for recruiters who need to act quickly on day-to-day hiring work. Admin can see recent applicant activity by job, upcoming interviews scheduled in the next week, and recruiting approvals that need the user’s attention in one place. No more hunting through multiple pages to find urgent recruiting tasks – get faster visibility into what needs action next, especially when managing high job volume across multiple business units.

[Core HR] Unrequire Secondary Phone Number for Emergency Contact

We’ve removed the secondary phone requirement on emergency contacts and added a company-level setting for requiring a second emergency contact. This corrects a mismatch in secondary phone validation that blocks form submission and creates confusion about which fields are truly required. The change makes emergency contact entry more predictable, prevents unnecessary submission errors, and restores confidence that required field indicators match the form behavior.

[Core HR] Add "Other" Category as an Option for Ethnicity field

This feature adds Other as a valid Ethnicity Category option in Core HR, allowing admins to correctly map employee ethnicity values that sync from ERP systems such as Spectrum and Sage 300. Previously, when an employee record comes in with Other, admins must force it into the wrong category or clean it up manually. This update preserves source data and reduces post-sync correction work.

[Core HR] Direct Deposit | Treat Account Number Privacy Like SSN

This feature applies SSN-style privacy controls to direct deposit account numbers in CoreHR, so the user sees the number masked by default and can temporarily reveal it with an eye icon when needed. It keeps sensitive banking details hidden when necessary, addressing privacy concerns during review or verification for the highly sensitive employee information payroll teams handle regularly.

Payroll

Allow Backdated Effective Dates on Pay Rate Tables

Payroll administrators can now create and edit pay rate tables with an effective date in the past in Setup > Wage Determination. Admins who onboard jobs after work has already started or who later identify a job as certified or prevailing wage are no longer restricted from matching wage determination records to the real start date of the job.

Foundation Report Updates

This update corrects the Foundation general ledger export, so payroll admins can import payroll data into Foundation without fixing the file by hand. It reorders columns to match Foundation’s required format and changes the Job field to list the location name only up to the first space, removing the rest of the string for an immediate fix. The feature solves import failures and mapping errors caused by the current export layout and Job field output.

WH-347 Report | Bulk PDF Download

Payroll admin can now generate certified payroll forms for all open certified jobs in one run instead of running the report job by job. The feature keeps the single-job workflow, but removes the requirement to choose a job when the admin needs forms across multiple projects. It uses job start and end dates to determine which jobs qualify, calculate weekly certified payroll numbering, and identify final submissions.

Time

Stock Reporting Failure Messaging Update

This feature replaces generic report-generation errors with clear, actionable messaging that helps customers understand what went wrong, what to do next, and without the need to contact support, so that customers can solve their problems on their own timeline.

Integrations

Arcoro Time and Sage Intacct Integration

Release Notes

This integration connects Arcoro Time with Sage Intacct so payroll admins and time administrators can export time entries to Intacct and keep employee, project, and cost code data current in Arcoro Time. It removes the manual re-entry and record maintenance required when teams manage the same labor and job data in both systems, which creates errors and slows payroll processing.

Remove Required Labor Item Validation

This update, for payroll admins and operations teams managing time and payroll data through the Exaktime and Acumatica integration, changes the Exaktime-to-Acumatica sync in AccountLinx by removing the labor item validation that currently blocks time entries without a labor item. We’ve removed a common cause of sync failures, reduced manual correction, and are better able to support construction and field-service customers that rely on accurate time data across connected systems, to ensure your people are paid correctly.

Email Address Field Selection Flag for Sage 300 and Sage 100 Connector Configurations

This feature adds a setting in the Sage 300 and Sage 100 connector configuration that lets an administrator choose which employee email address field syncs to Sage. It is for the administrator managing employee data integrations between Arcoro and Sage. Today, the connector defaults to one email field and potentially sends the wrong address when both work and personal emails exist on the employee record. The new setting removes that ambiguity, prevents downstream data mismatches, and reduces the manual work and support escalations needed to correct sync issues.
