7/2026 - Integration Release Notes

We're excited to share what's included in the July release. This release adds two new integration builders - a guided Spectrum for Time connector setup and a brand-new Sage Intacct time entry export - plus flexible email-sync options for Sage 100 and Sage 300, and a solid round of fixes across Vista, CMiC, Hub, and the Integrations Platform. Here's a full breakdown by product.

Viewpoint Vista

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Federal filing status mapping corrected - employees with a "Head of Household" federal filing status were being sent to Viewpoint Vista as "Married," and "Single or Married Filing Separately" employees as "Head of Household."Filing status now maps to the correct Vista code in both cases, correcting payroll tax withholding data for affected employees.Bug Fix
Additional withholding field fix - an employee's Additional Withholding amount was being written into Vista's Rate/Amount (override) field in addition to the correct Add-on field.Corrects payroll deduction setup. Vista's override fields are now reserved for actual override elections only; existing override behavior is unchanged.Bug Fix

Viewpoint Spectrum

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
New Spectrum for Time connector setup - a guided setup for connecting Viewpoint Spectrum with Arcoro Time, covering authentication, company code selection, and Cost Code/Location-Job generation rules.Makes it faster and easier to connect Spectrum with Arcoro Time correctly the first time, with a connection test that gives clear, specific error messages if something is misconfigured.Feature
Business Unit now derived from Employer - determined from the employee's assigned Employer in Core HR rather than older Spectrum-specific company-code logic. A new setting lets customers choose how employees are matched.More consistent, predictable Business Unit assignment. Employees on more than one employer now get a clear error instead of being silently misassigned. Sage 300 customers are unaffected.Improvement

Sage Intacct

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Time entry export to Sage Intacct - a new outbound integration that syncs employee time entries from Arcoro Time into Sage Intacct as timesheets. No more manually re-entering time data between the two systems for payroll and job costing. Re-running the export updates the existing draft timesheet instead of creating duplicates.Feature
Job active status now follows Intacct project status - jobs are marked active or inactive in Arcoro Time/Hub based on their real project status in Sage Intacct, re- checked on every sync.Prevents field employees from clocking into jobs already closed out in Sage Intacct, reducing payroll corrections.Improvement

Sage 300

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Choose which email address syncs to
Sage 300 - administrators can choose
whether an employee's work or
personal/home email is synced to Sage
300.
Prevents the wrong email reaching Sage 300,
which previously caused payroll notification
and account-matching mismatches. Defaults
to Work Email for existing customers.
Feature

Sage 100

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Choose which email address syncs to
Sage 100 - the same email-address
choice now available on the Sage 100
connector.
Gives administrators the same control over
which email reaches Sage 100, with the same
default and safe-handling behavior as Sage
300.
Feature

CMiC

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
lowa state tax allowance mapping corrected
- lowa state tax allowance amounts for tax
years 2024 and later were being sent to the
wrong CMiC field, causing sync errors.
Resolves the sync failures customers were
seeing on affected employee records. All
other state tax records are unaffected.
Bug Fix
Yearly salary added as a configurable
default - administrators can now select
"yearly salary" as a configurable default
value on the CMiC connector's employee
field settings.
Gives admins more flexibility when setting
up default values. The default only applies
when an employee has no existing yearly
salary value - existing values are always
preserved.
Improvement

Payroll/Hub

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Business Unit creation fix - creating a Business Unit no
longer requires a "CheckHqldentifier" value, and any value supplied is now correctly saved instead of silently dropped.
Matches how Locations
already behave. No
customer action needed.
Bug Fix

Integrations

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Run Sync popup fixed on mobile - the Run Sync
dialog in the integrations portal now displays and
works correctly on mobile web browsers.
Admins can trigger syncs from a phone
or tablet without issues.
Bug Fix
Sync live preview fixed - viewing the live
preview for a sync that was still processing
previously threw an error.
Administrators can now monitor in-
progress syncs from Sync History as
expected.
Bug Fix
Connector Wizard "Next" button fixed - when a
Product had only one available configuration
option, the wizard left "Next" disabled until the
value was manually reselected.
Setup now moves along without an
extra unnecessary click. Manual
selection is still required when multiple
options exist.
Bug Fix
Removed redundant Company ID field - the
"Arcoro Company ID" field has been removed
from the Core HR connector configuration screen.
Simplifies connector setup. Existing
connectors continue to work without
any action needed.
Improvement
Rebranded connector setup screens - product
and configuration names now read "Time" instead
of "ExakTime" (for example, "Time Default
Configuration").
Keeps naming consistent with the
Arcoro Time brand. Existing
connectors were migrated
automatically - no action needed.
Improvement
Updated sync messages - customer-visible
warning, error, and informational messages in
sync results now say "Arcoro Time" instead of
"ExakTime."
A visible wording update only, with no
change in behavior.
Improvement
Removed incorrect contractor warning - the
Payroll sync from Arcoro Time was generating a
"No Business Unit Assigned" warning for
contractor records.
Reduces noise in sync results -
contractors aren't expected to have a
Business Unit, so this warning no
longer appears for them.
