Using the Auto Lunch Modifications Report for Arcoro Time

The "Auto Lunch Modifications" report allows you to review and check when an employee's auto lunch was edited or modified, helping you determine who to speak with about why an auto lunch had to be modified.

If you would like more information about the general use of reports, you can refer to the following article.

Navigating to the Auto Lunch Modifications Report
  • Click Reports from the menu bar.

Please Note

  • Deletions made through the legacy time records screen do not leave a historical record. The current app uses the path that does get captured.
  • Auto lunches edited before June 2026 only show a single "Previously Edited" line, since the original values were not being saved yet at that point.

Report Specific Options

The "Auto Lunch Modifications" report offers the following options:

  • Show Cost Code ID
  • Sort By - Sort the cost codes by their names or IDs. This option is not available if the "Show Cost Code ID" option is not enabled.
  • Show Overtime Hours
  • Group by Cost Code Category
    • Show each Category on a separate page.

Example of Report

TIME - Reports - Auto Lunch Modification Example.png

When reading the report:

  •  The report lists one line per recorded event, oldest first
  • Bold values show exactly what changed on that line. For example, if only the stop time was adjusted, only the stop time appears bold.
  • The bottom line for a record is what the time card shows right now. There's no separate "Current" label because the order already tells you that.

The report will present the following columns:

  • Work Date
  • State
    • System Generated - The auto lunch as the system created it, before any modifications by a user.
    • First Edit - The first time a user changed the time record.
    • Edit - Any change after the first edit.
    • Deleted - The record was removed.
    • Previously Edited - Used only for auto lunches that were edited before June 2026, before we started capturing this history. It shows who made that last edit and when, but not what the values looked like before, because that information was never captured.
