[ATS] Automated Candidate Re-Engagement
Release Notes
Construction hiring is uniquely challenging. Recruiters can spend hours sourcing from job boards every time a new req opens—even though qualified candidates are often already sitting in their own ATS, passed over for timing or project readiness rather than fit. So we've made it a lot easier to go back and find candidates that already live in your system and might be a fit with our Candidate Re-engagement Agent, which:
- Scans the ATS automatically whenever a new job opens
- Scores dormant candidates against the role using criteria like location and skills
- Builds a ready-to-go shortlist for the recruiter
- Drafts personalized outreach messages, ready for review and send
This turns existing ATS data into an active talent pool, cutting down on manual digging and duplicate sourcing. The result: faster time-to-first-screen and a warm candidate pipeline.
[ATS] Shareable Job Links
Release Notes
We've made it easier to get open roles in front of more of the right people, faster with shareable job links. Recruiters can generate a dedicated URL and QR code for any open job directly from the ATS, then share it however works best: copy the link, print a QR card for the jobsite, or send an editable text message to their referral network. Candidates who open the link or scan the QR code land on a mobile-friendly job page and can apply directly, no account required.
This removes the email- and portal-based friction that limits referrals today. Crews who rely on phones and text messages can more easily share opportunities.

[Core HR] Add Phone Number for Dependents and Beneficiaries
This feature adds a phone number to the beneficiary and dependent record in Core HR so HR administrators and employees can capture direct contact information for the people named on an employee's benefit plans. Phone numbers are stored alongside the existing address fields, exposed in beneficiary reporting, and included in standard import and export, so customers can load existing contact data in bulk.
[Core HR] Option to Require Rate Code on Compensation Records
HR administrators are now able to make Rate Code a required field on compensation records in Core HR, so a compensation record cannot be saved without one. Rate code is required by most ERP and payroll integrations, including Vista, Sage 100, Sage 300, and Spectrum—some of the most popular used by our customers. By adding Rate Code to the Required Fields settings and enforcing it when saving, administrators get a report of existing compensation records missing a rate code so they can clean up before turning enforcement on.
Payroll
Multi-Entity (Payroll only)
Release Notes
Multi-Entity lets payroll admins and managers who support more than one legal entity access those entities from a single Arcoro login and switch between them without signing in again. The feature keeps the active entity visible throughout payroll work and resets context when someone switches, so payroll data, setup details, and people records stay tied to the correct FEIN. It solves the current need to manage separate entity access and reduces the risk of working in the wrong company, which matters for construction and field-service organizations that run payroll across multiple business units.
Update Balancing Payroll Visibility
This update changes how balancing payrolls appear in the payroll list for admin by highlighting and pinning only the two most recent balancing payrolls instead of every balancing payroll on record. Older balancing payrolls return to their normal chronological position, and the legend updates to reflect the new logic. Admin can more easily find the payrolls they are actively working on and manage payroll processing with less confusion.
Make Pay Stubs Available After Payroll Submitted
This feature makes Pay Stubs available to payroll admins as soon as a submitted payroll is no longer editable, instead of making them wait until Pay Day. Admins no longer face the situation that makes payroll effectively final after the one-hour reopen window closes while Pay Stubs remain unavailable. The update closes that gap by using the same finalization timing already used for Print Checks, helping teams review and download payroll documents on tight operating timelines.
Support Labor Class Setting to Exclude from Certified Reporting
Payroll administrators are now able to exclude hours tied to specific labor classes from certified payroll reports while still tracking that time against a certified job for job costing. It addresses a current gap for teams that have employees doing off-site or in-shop work connected to certified jobs, where those hours belong in cost tracking but not in certified reporting, helping to keep job cost data accurate.
Add Contractor Option to Payroll Registry
We’ve added a checkbox to the Payroll Register so administrators can choose whether contractor payments appear alongside employee payments in the report; if there are no contractor payments, the option does not appear. This fixes a gap where customers who pay contractors cannot include those payments in either the single-payroll or multi-payroll Register even though the data is already available – thereby forcing them to separate reporting or manual reconciliation. This update keeps the default behavior unchanged, mirrors existing options on Payroll Journal and Payroll Summary, and gives Arcoro payroll teams a clearer view of total payments when contractors are part of the same payroll workflow.
Add GL Mapping Segments
Payroll administrators are now able to use Department (Job) and Job as mapping segments in general ledger setup for employer-paid benefits and taxes – allowing GL exports to more accurately reflect how employees worked across multiple jobs instead of posting those costs too broadly or requiring manual adjustment after export. It solves a job-costing gap in the current payroll workflow by allocating employer-side benefit and tax amounts based on worked-job distribution.
Add SSN and Hire/Term Date to Payroll Summary Report
Payroll administrators can now add SSN and hire and termination date columns to the report when they need employee details in one output. This eliminates the need for customers to pull a separate ExakTime report and manually combine the data; it keeps the report unchanged unless the new options are selected, shows masked SSNs by default, and displays full SSNs only for users who already have permission to view them.
Arcoro Time
Auto Lunch Modifications Report
Release Notes
Adds a new Auto Lunch Modifications report to the Audit report group so payroll admins can see who edited or deleted an auto lunch on a timecard, when, and what changed.
Smarter Meal Break Compliance
Release Notes
Meal break tracking gets more accurate and less prone to false flags.
- California first-punch meal break detection (Small): The system can now flag a late meal break based on an employee's first punch of the day, rather than only checking whether a break was recorded at all. Admins can configure the compliance window, with a default of five hours to align with California Labor Code §512.
- Cost code exclusions for missing meal break flags (Small): Admins can now exclude non-work cost codes, like Holiday, PTO, or Training, from triggering a Missing Meal Break indicator. This prevents false errors on administrative time entries and lets employees approve affected timecards without admin intervention.

[LMS] Ability for Employees to Take Courses on Arcoro Mobile App
Release Notes
We continue to build capabilities in our mobile app with an employee-first mindset, and this month, that means adding the ability to take courses via mobile. Employees can now view assigned and overdue training, launch and complete courses, and review their full training history, all from the Arcoro mobile app. No desktop or office visit required.
Employees can now:
- See what's due at a glance via a new Learning tile
- Complete coursework in the app, picking up right where they left off
- Request approval or acknowledge a policy in the field
- Pull up certifications, completion certificates, and training history on the spot
This removes the friction of completing required learning away from a computer, supporting field crews who need to stay current on training and compliance. It also means fewer overdue courses, faster certification turnaround, and easier proof of compliance for safety managers and HR teams, plus a stronger reason for employees to stay engaged with their own development.
Integrations
Sage Intacct with Payroll
Cost Code Sync Filtering, Cost Type Mapping, Certified Job Flag (Small)
This update gives payroll and integration admins more control over how Sage Intacct data flows into Arcoro Time. They can limit imported cost codes by cost type, map cost type values into GL sync records, and mark jobs as certified from Intacct instead of maintaining those settings manually in Arcoro. The feature fixes bloated cost code lists, missing cost type data in payroll and GL workflows, and duplicate job setup work -- keeping labor coding and certified job tracking aligned with how work is managed in Intacct.
Support Submitting on Add for GL and Time Syncs
This feature lets the user choose the status used -- including Submitted and Posted --when Sage Intacct General Ledger (GL) and time syncs are submitted during the process of managing sync workflows and approvals in Sage Intacct. It solves the mismatch between Arcoro’s default draft sync behavior and customer workflows that require entries to move through a submitted or posted state from the star-- keeping handoffs between field teams and back-office reviewers cleaner.
Sage Intacct with Arcoro Time: Rate Code Support for Export
This feature lets payroll administrators apply rate codes to time records in Arcoro Time, so PTO and sick hours export to Sage Intacct under their own time types rather than posting as regular time-- a separation needed for job costing, where labor hours are tracked against specific jobs and cost codes.
Add Support for CSV Export for Insperity Exporter
The AccountLinx integration with Insperity now exports time data as a CSV file instead of XML, matching Insperity's updated import requirements. Payroll administrators managing Insperity-connected clients no longer need to manually convert time files after Insperity stopped accepting XML imports, which had disrupted automated syncs. The export reuses AccountLinx's existing field mappings, so no new configuration is needed beyond selecting CSV as the output format. This keeps payroll data flowing automatically for Arcoro's construction and field-service customers who rely on Insperity for time and wage processing.
