My Courses
The "My Courses" menu will show a scrollable list of open course cards the employee is enrolled in or assigned:
- Course title
- Required/recommended badge
- Due date
- Red overdue indicator for past-due courses
Tapping a course will show:
- Start/End Date

- Assigned date

- View Full Details button - Shows the full course details from the course catalog.
- Withdraw button - Withdraw from a course, if applicable.
- Launch Course/View Class button - The button will allow learners to launch the course, if applicable, or if they are enrolled in an in-person class.
Course Player
The course player is only applicable to online training courses, such as SCORM courses. Learners will be able to take course content within the app and come back with progress saved. After the course is complete, the app will track the status and mark the learner as complete on that course.
My Training History
The "My Training History" tab shows all completed courses as well as any assigned learning plans or certifications. This may include courses that were not completed, but are no longer actionable in any way (e.g., if a learner withdrew from a course).
There are three sections to the "My training history" tab:
-
Certifications section — This is a read-only list of certifications with title, start/end dates
- A view document link opens the document attached to the assigned certification in an in-app viewer.
- If a certification is expired, it will show an "Expired" tag. If it is not expired, it will be listed as "Completed"
-
Learning Plans section - This is a read-only list of learning plans with a title and a link to view the learning plan document.
- Learning plans in all statuses show on this tab
- Courses section — This is a list of all completed courses or courses in a status that is no longer actionable by an employee (e.g., withdrawn or cancelled). Here we show a status badge; the expanded view shows grade, completion date, and the completion certificate link if it is available.
