When using our Arcoro products, there may be situations where a new tab/window will be opened to show a menu, video, training, etc. In some of these instances, your web browser may interpret this situation as a "Pop-Up" and block the new tab or window from opening. You will need to "allow pop-ups" from the domain to prevent these pop-up blocks, so you can use Arcoro products as needed.

Chrome

1. Click the  ⋮  button in the top-right of the web browser and click Settings.
2. Click Privacy and Security on the left-hand side.
3. Click Pop-ups and Redirects in the Content section.
4. Go to the "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" section and click Add.
5. Enter the URL for the website that should allow pop-ups, such as "https://talent.birddoghr.com". Click Add.
6. Try to navigate to the content you wanted to open.
7. Exit/quit all of your browser windows and re-open your browser if you are still having trouble.

Firefox

1. Click the  ☰  button in the top right of Firefox to open the menu and click Settings.
2. Click Permissions and Data from the left-hand side.
3. Click Manage exceptions under the "Block pop-ups and third-party redirects" section. Enable "Block pop-ups and third-party redirects" if it is not already enabled.
4. Enter the URL for the website that should allow pop-ups, such as "https://talent.birddoghr.com". Click Allow.
5. The URL should be added to the list. Click Save Changes.
6. Try to navigate to the content you wanted to open.
7. Exit/quit all of your browser windows and re-open your browser if you are still having trouble.

Edge

1. Click the  …  button in the top-right of the web browser and click Settings.
2. Click Privacy, Search, and Services on the left-hand side.
3. Click Site Permissions.
4. Click All Permissions.
5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Click Add Site for "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects".
7. Enter the URL for the website that should allow pop-ups, such as "https://talent.birddoghr.com". Click Add.
8. Try to navigate to the content you wanted to open.
9. Exit/quit all of your browser windows and re-open your browser if you are still having trouble.

Safari

1. Open Safari.
2. Go to the website that should allow pop-ups.
3. Click Safari in the top-left menu bar.
4. Click Settings or Preferences.
5. Click Pop-up Windows to the left. You may need to scroll through the list.
6. Click Allow.
7. Try to navigate to the content you wanted to open.
8. Exit/quit all of your browser windows and re-open your browser if you are still having trouble.
