8/2026 - Integration Release Notes

We're excited to share what's shipping in the latest Integration release. This update introduces Cost Type tracking that flows across Sage Intacct, Payroll, and Arcoro Time, a smarter Sage Intacct cost code sync, and a batch of important bug fixes across Acumatica, CMiC, Sage 100, and Sage 300 CRE. Here's a full breakdown by product.

Acumatica

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Fix for salaried employees syncing at the wrong pay rateSalaried employees synced from CoreHR to Acumatica were showing their per-paycheck amount instead of their full annual salary. Compensation now syncs correctly as an annual figure.Bug Fix

CMiC

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Fix for address updates failing to syncUpdating an employee's address no longer triggers an unrelated "Pay Run Code is Missing" error.Bug Fix
Benefit history is now preserved when elections change mid-yearPreviously, changing a benefit election partway through the year could wipe out the record of what was withheld before the change. Prior periods are now preserved instead of deleted.Bug Fix

Sage 100

What ChangedWhy It MattersType
Fix for tax adjustment updates getting blockedEmployees whose federal or state tax adjustment method was set to "Not Tax" can now sync updates normally; only "Exempt" values are protected from being overwritten.Bug Fix

Cost codes no longer require a job prefixCost codes sync in using their own name instead of a jobspecific variant, making the cost code list much easier for field crews to search and select from.Improvement
New "Timesheet State" settingChoose whether time synced to Sage Intacct is written as Draft, Submitted, or Approved.Feature
New "General Ledger Entry State" settingChoose whether GL entries synced to Sage Intacct are written as Draft or Posted.Feature
