With recent changes to expectations and requirements regarding the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form, we understand that you may have concerns about how to address these changes.
While you are not required to ask applicants to self-identify as individuals with disabilities, you are also not prohibited from asking your applicants.
If you would like to disable the form, you can disable it from the respective modules at your discretion by:
- For ATS - Disable the relevant form for Step 4 of an application template in Applicant Tracking.
- For Onboarding - Disable the form towards the bottom of the "Settings" menu of Onboarding.
This change does not apply to the Veterans Self-Identification survey, and no changes to the veteran survey are required as a result of this update.
