The "Time Review" dashboard offers a summarized view of time that you may want to review and timecard exceptions that should be addressed. As the dashboard will automatically refresh with data that meets its criteria, you should still review your employee's time to double-check anything that the dashboard may not detect, such as incorrect locations, early clock-ins, etc.

Timeframe
The timeframe focuses on which time records should be surfaced for you to review and/or correct.
Suggested for Review
Each night, the system will automatically scan employees' time records to create a "baseline" for how the employee typically clocks in, referring to things like start times, shift lengths, and locations/cost codes.
The "Suggested for review" section will automatically populate with any time that looks unusual or inconsistent by comparing the current timecards with recent timecards, such as a late clock-in or a shorter-than-normal work time.
These are still suggestions and require you to judge whether the deviation is expected.
The "Suggested for review" section allows you to filter the list by clicking the column header and provides the following columns:
- Actions
- Jump to the timecard for the given date.
- Ignore the suggestion.
- Date
- ID
- Employee
- Type - A suggestion can be based on any of the following types:
- Unusual clock-in time - A clock in that is earlier or later than the employee usually starts.
- Unusual day length - A day that is shorter or longer than the employee usually works.
- Unfamiliar location - A location that does not match the employee’s usual pattern of locations.
- Unfamiliar cost code - A cost code that does not match the employee’s usual pattern of cost codes.
- Observation - What triggered the suggestion.
- Confidence
Things to keep in mind
- Flags are prompts to review a time card, not a judgment about the employee. Each flag compares an employee only against their own recent history.
- A flag does not always mean a mistake. If the time is correct, you can dismiss the item.
- Day length flags are not corrected automatically. They need supervisor confirmation.
- The baseline is built from time history, so what counts as unusual follows each employee’s own pattern.
Timecard Exceptions
The Timecard Exceptions section lists known exceptions in a list to help you focus on necessary corrections, such as missing times, locations, or cost codes. Each row shows the date, employee, the exception, and how long it has been open. Quick links open the employee’s time card.
