10/2026 - Arcoro Unified Release Notes - Onboarding Reports

Onboarding reports are where administrators confirm new-hire setup, answer I-9 and E-Verify questions, and keep a record of signed documents. In this release, the Onboarding reports move to the Arcoro Unified Experience with one consistent layout, filters built into the column headings, and clear instructions on every page.

This note covers the report listing page, what is changing across all of the reports, and each report on its own. It also covers new fields on the I-9 audit report that make it easier to show exactly what changed on an I-9 form during an inspection.

What is Changing From the Previous Reports

These changes apply to every Onboarding report except SFTP export, which stays export only. Each report page now starts with instructions, shown in the red box below.

image2.png

Reports load automatically

Results appear as soon as you open a report. You no longer choose filters first and then run the report.

Filters are now in the column headings

Filters are no longer separate fields at the top of the page. Instead, a filter icon sits next to the column heading. A Clear all filters button at the top right removes every filter at once.

Here is how the I-9 audit report looked before, with date, name, location and job title filters in their own block above the results.

image.png

Any filter that used to sit above the results is now available in the grid. Where the grid did not already have a column for a filter, the column is added so you can see the value and filter on it. In the I-9 audit report, for example, Location and Position are now columns in the grid, so you can see them for every row and filter by them.

How to use the report filters

  • Select the filter icon next to a column heading.
  • Check the values you want to see, then select Filter. Select Clear in that menu to remove the filter for just that column.
  • Use the Search box to find a specific record.
  • Select Clear all filters to start over.
  • Select Export when you need the results in a spreadsheet.

Instructions are always on the page

The same short instructions appear at the top of each report, so a new administrator can filter and export without a guide.

Deletion of Records Audit Report

Shows employee documents and records deleted from the Electronic Filing Cabinet. Each row lists the deletion type, the employee, the location, the document type, who deleted it, and when.

image3.png

E-Verify Errors

Shows errors returned during E-Verify case processing. Each row lists the new hire, email, job title, location, who the case is assigned to, the error date, the error, and the current status.

image4.png

I-9 Audit

Shows every action taken on I-9 forms, with full detail on export. Each row lists the employee, the audit event (such as Edit, Sign or Complete), the date and time, who made the change, and an IP address. The report is wide, so scroll sideways to see every column.

image5.png

New Field-Level Change Tracking

The I-9 audit report now shows what changed, not only that something changed. This gives administrators the identity of the person, the date, the action taken, and the before and after value in one place, which is what an I-9 inspection asks for.

ColumnWhat it shows
Changed fieldThe field that was updated on the I-9 form.
Old valueWhat the field held before the change. This is blank when the field had no value before.
New valueWhat the field holds after the change.
Changed byThe person who made the change. This column was previously named Event created by.
  • When one edit touches several fields, each field appears on its own row.
  • A Created entry is recorded when an I-9 is first saved.
  • The new columns appear on the page and in the export.
  • Field-level detail applies to changes recorded going forward. Existing audit entries are preserved as they were captured.

image6.png

New Hires Complete

Shows current employees hired in a date range who finished new-hire setup. Columns include name, phone, address, city, state and zip, hire date, position, location and hiring manager. Scroll sideways to see more columns.

image7.png

New Hires Incomplete

Shows current employees hired in a date range whose new-hire setup is still open, so you can follow up on anything not yet finished. Columns include name, process started, start date, position, location, process step, hiring manager and phone. The Process step column shows where each person is, such as Pending new hire paperwork, Pending management approval or Employee paperwork in progress.

image8.png

SFTP Export

SFTP export is export only, so it does not load a grid of results and has no column filters. Choose a date range and one or more locations, then select Export to download the matching records. Leave the dates blank to export everything for the selected locations. Select Clear to reset the page.

image9.png

The Location field defaults to All. Open it to choose specific locations.

image10.png

Signature Transactions

Shows digital signatures captured in a date range. Each row lists the employee, hire date, and the date each onboarding document was signed, including the I-9 (employee and manager), federal W-4, state W-4 and policy acknowledgments. Scroll sideways to see every column.

image11.png

Users by location

Shows admins and managers with their locations, role, work phone and status. Each row lists the account, business unit, location, name, role, work phone and an Active or Inactive status.
