10/2026 - Arcoro Unified Release Notes - Performance Evaluations Home

Raters, managers and evaluation managers open the Evaluations page to see what is waiting on them. Until now it has been one of the older screens in Arcoro Performance, with its own tab strip and pop-up windows that look and behave differently from the rest of the unified platform.

This note covers the move of the Performance Evaluations home page (Performance > Home) to the unified platform. It is for raters, managers, evaluation managers and HR administrators. The evaluation form itself, the approval steps and the other Performance pages are not changing in this release.

Enhancements

Evaluations Home Page

The page appears under Performance > Home in the left navigation. The breadcrumb reads Home > Performance > Evaluations, and a short description tells you what the page is for: complete, review and approve the performance evaluations assigned to you.

What is changing What is staying the same
The page uses the unified look, navigation and grid. The same four tabs and the same evaluations you have today.
Each tab label shows how many rows it holds. Evaluation forms, answers, sign-offs and approval steps are unchanged.
Evaluations due is the tab you land on. The tab you choose is kept in the page address, so a refresh or a shared link returns to it. Add project review still opens the existing Add Project Review flow.
Search, filters, sorting and paging are built into each list. Existing permissions still decide what each person sees.

Search, Filters, and Paging

Each tab has a search box. Lists can be sorted on their main columns, and you can page through results at 10, 25 or 50 rows at a time. When a search or filter matches nothing, the page says so. Each tab also has its own message when it has no evaluations to show.

Tab Search and filters
Evaluations due Search, plus filters for form type and status.

The Add project review button appears at the top right of the page, only for people who are allowed to complete project reviews. It opens the same Add Project Review flow as before.

FAQs

Do I need to set anything up?

No. Arcoro turns the new page on for your company, and your evaluations, forms and approval steps carry over as they are.

Will my employees notice anything?

Employees who sign in to see their own reviews will see the new look on the My evaluations tab. The evaluations themselves are the same.

Will my old links and bookmarks still work?

Yes. Links from emails, the To-Do pop-up and My Training open the matching tab on the new page. A link that names one specific evaluation lands on Evaluations due.

Why can I not see the Pending approvals tab?

It is shown only to people with the Evaluation Manager role. Ask your administrator if you think you should have it.

Why is the Employee location column missing?

The column is hidden for companies with fewer than two locations.

Did the evaluation form change?

No. The page opens the existing evaluation form, including its sign-off and approval steps.
