WH-347 Data Map for Arcoro Payroll

Each WH-347 form covers one job for one week and holds 8 employee rows per page, with additional employees adding more payroll pages. The initial pages are the payroll page(s), followed by the Statement of Compliance, then any addendum pages. A majority of the fields will be automatically populated by Arcoro; some fields do not automatically populate, and some fields require your input, such as the signature field.
