Administrators use Arcoro Talent reports to chase required training and to review performance results. Two things have slowed that work down: the Incomplete Training Report lists courses that no longer need any action, and none of the learning and performance reports show an employee's department, so results have to be exported and matched by hand. This release fixes both.
This note covers three changes: the Incomplete Training Report now lists only training an employee still owes, and nine learning and performance reports gain an Employee Department column and a Department prompt. It is written for administrators who run Talent reports. The Completed Training Report is not changing its definition, and how departments are created, managed, and assigned to employees is not changing.
What is Changing?
| Change | What it means for admins | How it turns on |
|---|---|---|
| Incomplete Training Report definition | The report lists only courses an employee still has to complete. Withdrawn, dropped, waived, denied, cancelled, and removed courses no longer appear. | Applies automatically to the report and every variant. No setup required. |
| Employee Department column | Nine reports show the employee's current department next to the employee identity columns. Exports match the on-screen report. | Appears automatically on the first run after release. No setup required. |
| Department prompt | Each of the nine reports has a Department prompt, so you can run it for one department or for all departments. | Appears automatically on the first run after release. No setup required. |
When Will It Be Released?
| What to expect | |

Enhancements
These updates make Talent reports easier to act on. The Incomplete Training Report becomes a true to-do list, and department becomes something you can see and filter by without leaving the report.
| What is changing | What is staying the same |
|---|---|
| The Incomplete Training Report lists only training an employee still owes. | The Completed Training Report definition is unchanged. |
| A new Employee Department column on nine reports. | Existing columns keep their order and headings. |
| A new Department prompt on the same nine reports. | Existing prompts and row counts are unchanged for the same company and parameters (apart from the Incomplete Training Report change above). |
| Excel, PDF, and Word exports match the on-screen report. | View Online, Export To Excel, Export To PDF, and Export To Word work as they do today. |
Incomplete Training Report
The "incomplete training report" will only list training still owed. Until now, the report treated any course that was not complete as incomplete. That meant courses an employee had withdrawn from or dropped appeared next to the ones that genuinely needed action. The report now follows the status of each course, so every row is training someone still has to finish.
| On the report? | Course statuses |
|---|---|
| Still appears (the employee still owes the training) | Scheduled, Incomplete, Incomplete (Pending Acknowledgement), Pending Approval, Waiting List, No Show, Expired. |
| No longer appears (nothing for the employee to do) | Withdrew, Dropped/Did Not Complete, Denied, Class Cancelled, Removed. |
| No longer appears (counts as complete) | Waived. A waived course counts as complete, as it does elsewhere in Learning Management. |
Where These Changes Apply
- The Incomplete Training Report and its By Company Location, By Division, and By District variants.
- Company-specific copies of the report, so every version gives the same answer.
- On-screen, Excel, PDF, and Word output, which return the same rows.
- Re-enrollment: if an employee who withdrew is enrolled in the course again, the new enrollment appears until it is completed.
Employee Department
Until now, none of these reports showed department. Employee Department uses the employee's current department, so the report reflects where the employee sits today.
Reports Which Will Include Department
| Report | Where Employee Department appears |
|---|---|
| Calibration Report | After Employee ID and before Manager Name. |
| Completed Evaluations | After Employee ID and before Rater First Name. |
| Completed Training Report | Immediately after the employee identity columns. |
| Incomplete Training Report | Immediately after the employee identity columns. |
| Required Course Completion by Assignment Date | Immediately after the employee identity columns. |
| People Detail | Immediately after the employee identity columns. |
| People Detail with PID | After Employee ID and before User Name. |
| Assigned Required Courses By Location | After Employee ID and before Employee Email Address. |
| Assigned Required Courses by Business Unit | After Employee ID and before Employee Email Address. |
Filter any of these reports by department
Each of the nine reports now has a Department prompt on its parameter screen. It lists your company's departments plus an all-departments default, and it works the same way as the Department prompt already used on other Talent reports.
- Choose a department and select Build Report to see only employees currently in that department.
- Leave the default in place to see the same rows the report returned before this change.
- Excel, PDF, and Word exports honor the department you selected.
- Use this to hand each department head their own results without filtering a company-wide export.
