How to Resend a New Verification Email with "Forgot your Password"

When a user is added to any of our Arcoro modules (such as Core HR, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, ExakTime, etc.) they will receive an email with a link to verify their account and create their password. If an employee does not verify their account within 72 hours of receiving the email, the link will expire. An employee or administrator can request a new verification email by using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of the Arcoro module.

  1. Navigate to the respective Arcoro module in use.
  2. Enter your username in the provided field and click Continue.

  3. The password field should appear if the username is valid.
    Click Forgot your Password? from the login page.

  4. Enter the username and click Send Password Reset.

  5. The employee will receive a verification email like below, depending on the module in use. They will need to use the link from the latest email, as any previous links will not be usable.
