Arcoro is excited to announce the August release for our customers and partners. This release provides new features and enhancements to existing functionality for Arcoro Core HR modules. This article will describe the software updates and provide details to help you get started with these enhancements.
Benefit Carrier Report
The Carrier Billing report helps gain more information and balance details back to carrier monthly billing statements. This report can be run by a specific date range, by carrier, plan types, employee status, and even different employee departments. Output details may include age bands, amount of coverage, rate and record counts, premiums, and total volume for easy reconciliation against carrier invoices.
The report has been updated as follows:
- Ability to subtotal by department if selected
- Updates to the excel spreadsheet download to display the Carrier name on the Excel tables
- Updates to the volume and Cost calculations for certain plans such as life insurance, age-banded or volume-banded plans such as Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability.
Subtotal by Department
To view the report with subtotals, navigate to Reports/Benefit Management/Carrier Billing. Select the Benefit Carrier and other criteria needed for the report. Select the “Include Department Subtotals” check box and preview the report.
Report will show the Carrier Report results followed by the departmental detail and totals.
Excel Spreadsheet Tab Update
To view the report with updated Excel Tab names, navigate to Reports/Benefit Management/Carrier Billing. Select the Benefit Carrier and other criteria needed for the report. Preview the report in Excel.
The report will show the Benefit carrier on the tab.
Volume and Cost Calculations
The volume and cost calculations for certain plans such as life insurance, age-banded or volume-banded plans such as Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability have been updated. The headings are updated to provide information as to whether they are Annual or Monthly values.
