Expand and select only the benefits starting on the effective date chosen from the Select Utility tab. These benefits should only be from your most current package. Do not select benefits from a previous year’s package. If benefits are not mapped they should not be selected.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Plan Utilities
- Expand 'Settings' and click Benefit Management from the menu.
- Click Plan Utilities from the menu bar.
When running the utility to create benefit records you will want to run any records that other benefits are dependent on first, i.e. You would want to run your Employee Vol Life benefit and let that complete before running your Spouse or Child Vol Life benefits if dependent on the Employee election.
