The "Onboarding" feature of Core HR allows administrators to create a streamlined experience for day-one employees. The onboarding portal will display in place of the standard employee portal for as long as it is open. The onboarding portal provides configuration for two new pages (welcome and meet the team) as well as incorporating existing survey, workflow, and benefit event features.
Navigating to Onboarding
- Expand Settings and click Onboarding from the menu.
Onboarding Menu
The Onboarding menu of Core HR is where an administrator can review the:
- Dashboard
- Onboarding List - New hires who can go through the Onboarding process.
- Onboarding Templates - Templates for what a new hire should go through for Onboarding.
Employee Experience
When an employee is going through Onboarding, they will be welcomed with the Onboarding template assigned to them.
