There are a few software/hardware requirements for the latest copy of ExakTime Mobile to be installed on mobile devices such as phones or tablets, and to make use of all available features. If you or your employees are using an older mobile device with a working copy of ExakTime Mobile already installed, ExakTime Mobile may still work, but the device may not be able to get the latest updates and may not function as expected.

As of June 1st, 2019, ExakTime Mobile is not available on the Amazon App Store, will not receive any further updates, and will no longer be supported. If you already have ExakTime Mobile on an Amazon Kindle Fire, it may continue to work, but it will not receive any further updates/bug fixes and may cease to function.
Software
The only required software is for access to the primary app store of the respective device to download and install ExakTime Mobile:

Access and use of the Play Store or App Store requires a respective Google or Apple account.
- If your employees are using a company-provided device, it is recommended to have a company-controlled Google/Apple account to ensure a consistent experience across all company-owned devices.
- If your employees are using a personal device with ExakTime Mobile, they should have their own personal Google/Apple account to facilitate the download and installation of ExakTime Mobile.
ExakTime Mobile does not require users to log in to ExakTime Mobile with their personal information to set up ExakTime Mobile. You will provide them with the company setup code to "link" ExakTime Mobile with your ExakTime Connect account.
