Why Is My Mapping Screen Blank or Missing Entities?

Starting with AccountLinx version 4.7.8.86, you can filter your mapping list to show all entities or only entities that were used for the selected date range in AccountLinx. This option can make it easier if you have an extensive list of entities so you can focus on the necessary entities for your next export.

When using the "Used in Date Range" option, there can be instances where the mapping list is blank or has missing entities which can be caused by:

Incorrect Date Range

If the incorrect date range is being viewed in AccountLinx, the incorrect list of entities may be loaded based on the date range. Select the correct date range before mapping so the mapping list will have the appropriate entities.

Time Records Already Exported

If you are viewing a date range where you have already exported your time records and try to map entities for the same date range, the mapping list will be blank or have missing entities as there are no time records to reference. 

  • If you are viewing a past date range that you have already exported for, make sure that you are viewing the correct date range prior to mapping.
