When using "Alerts and Notifications" in ExakTime Connect, you may want some help when generating an alert/notification to send to your employees. Now you can ask our AI to assist you in creating the initial message. You can then refine the AI-generated message to fit your company's needs.
- Click Ask AI to Create a Message above the subject/message fields.
- A menu should appear for you to enter a prompt for the AI to generate a message from. Click Generate Message after entering the message topic.
- A subject and message will be generated for you based on the prompt, if possible. While the AI will try to stay within the character limit, some prompts may require the AI to exceed the character limit.
- You can adjust the subject and message to your liking or if your message exceeds the character limit.
- If unsatisfied with the message, click Regenerate Message to generate a new message. If unsatisfied with the AI-generated messages, try refining the prompt before generating a new message.
- Click Use Message when you are satisfied with the text.
- The AI-generated message will be copied into the alert/notifications fields for a final review and any last-minute changes. Send your alert/notification as normal.
