Business Units require an additional purchase to be enabled and set up for your ATS account. For more information, please contact your sales rep/account manager.
"Business Units" is an option of the ATS where primary company business units (parent) and subsidiary company business units (child) are created to permit or restrict access to the ATS. After purchase, your "Business Units" will be created by us at Arcoro, so you can have the appropriate "parent" and "child" business units for further configuration by your organization in the ATS.
'Business Unit Management' in the ATS is where an admin of the parent account can grant/restrict access to parent-level items to the child account. For example, a job template that a parent account wants the child account to use as well.
Parent to Child Only
Business Units can only restrict items created with the parent account. Items created in a child account will only exist for the child account that it was created in and cannot be transferred to the parent account or to other child accounts.
