Grant/Restrict Access to Administration Options with Business Units in ATS

Business Units require an additional purchase to be enabled and set up for your ATS account. For more information, please contact your sales rep/account manager.

"Business Units" is a feature of the ATS that allows a primary company (parent) to determine what a subsidiary company (child) has access to in the ATS, ranging from restricting access to certain options to restricting/allowing access to items created at the parent company level. After purchase, your "Business Units" will be created by us at Arcoro, so you can have the appropriate "parent" and "child" business units for further configuration by your organization in the ATS.

If "Business Units" have been created for your ATS, you will see options at the top of specific "Administration" menus, allowing you to permit or restrict a child account from accessing the menu. For example, this allows you to prevent a child account from managing its own templates and utilize items/templates created by the parent account.
