- Audit Your System Yearly - It is best to audit your Onboarding settings yearly to ensure suitability for the upcoming year. Some items that should be audited include, but are not limited to:
- Rename Old Policies - Old/unused Policies should not be deleted and should be renamed with "Old" for historical purposes.
- Terminate Employees if they are Terminated in Core HR - If you are also using our Core HR module, check Core HR for any terminated employees and terminate them in Onboarding as well.
