PAN Assessments for the ATS allow you to better filter your candidates by requiring them to complete a short assessment to determine the candidate's suitability for the role and your organization.
How to Assign a PAN Assessment
- When creating a job posting, the PAN Assessment options will be listed towards the bottom of "Step 1 Job Details":
- The "Yes" toggle should be enabled so all of your candidates will receive the PAN Assessment.
- Click the plus icon
towards the right of a PAN Assessment that candidates must complete. The current PAN Assessments offered are:
- Elite Character Profile - Assess a candidate's character.
- Elite Industrial Profile - Assess a candidate's aptitude for industrial subjects such as math, spatial reasoning, and more.
- Elite Safety Profile - Assess a candidate's reliability, responsibility, safety, and more.
- Mechanical Aptitude Test - Assess a candidate's aptitude for measurements, movements, and more.
- Complete your job posting as normal.
What Candidates Receive
- After the candidate has completed their job application, they will see a message to expect a supplemental email to complete their PAN Assessment

Reviewing PAN Assessment Status
- The status of a candidate's PAN Assessment can be found in the candidate's details of the job profile page with the "Assessments" button. The status can be:
- Acknowledged - The assessment has been received (i.e. in action, but incomplete. Requires completion by candidate).
- Complete - The applicant completed the assessment and the results can be viewed.
- After a PAN Assessment has been completed, the results can be reviewed by clicking the 'Here' link,
- The reports can be merged if the candidate has completed multiple PAN Assessments. Click View Report to generate the report. The report may open in a separate window/tab.
