- Certified Payroll Report Added
- A new Certified Payroll Report has been introduced. See our dedicated article for more information.
- Payroll Register Header Improvements
- The Payroll Register Report now dynamically adjusts its headers based on payroll data. Each tax, benefit, and deduction is listed as a separate header. If an organization has payroll across multiple states, the report will display separate columns for each state’s taxes (e.g., "Tax – FICA").
- Deduction Register Report – Employee Name Split
- The Employee Name field in the Deduction Register Report has been split into separate First Name and Last Name columns, improving data analysis and filtering.
User Interface
- Cost Code Name in Payroll Line Items
- The Payroll Line Items section now displays both the Cost Code Name and Cost Code ID, making cost allocation more transparent. This field remains editable based on the source system.
- Payroll Submission Deadline Messaging Update
- The messaging on the Create Payroll page has been updated for better clarity. The submission time is no longer displayed, as it varies based on the organization's approved processing periods (1-day, 2-day, or 3-day approvals).
- New message: “In order to pay your employees on the pay day you must submit payroll by the approval deadline date and time.”

- Certified payroll locations are now visually distinguished within the Employee Profile and Company Grid, making them easier to identify.
- Bonus CSV Upload Enhancements
- When uploading bonus payments via CSV, users will now receive a confirmation message displaying the number of successfully processed bonus entries.
- Navigation Bar Fix for Company Name
- The company name in the Payroll App’s top navigation bar now correctly reflects the selected company, eliminating confusion when switching between organizations.
- Reopen Payroll Button Update

- Payroll Page Access Issue Fix
- Resolved an issue that previously prevented access to certain payroll pages, such as Employee Profiles and "My Profile" for payroll administrators.
- Bell Notification Placeholder Removal
- Removed static placeholder text from the payroll bell notifications. The notification area will remain blank until real-time alerts are implemented.
