FastTrakker Pro & SyncCenter Discontinued
The FastTrakker Pro & SyncCenter have been discontinued since 2024 and are no longer available, supported, or functional due to technological changes.
- If you are using a JobClock (with blue plastic), there are no alternative collection methods available. Contact your account manager for our current JobClock offerings if you wish to continue using JobClocks.
- If you are using a JobClock/EX (with black plastic), you can collect from your JobClock/EX with ExakTime Mobile on an Android device. Refer to the steps here on installing ExakTime Mobile and collecting from your JobClock/EX.
If you have a JobClock with blue plastic or a serial number starting with 500XXXX, it is no longer supported, as the required FastTrakker Pro and SyncCenter accessories have been discontinued since 2024. Contact your account manager for our current JobClock offers if you wish to continue using JobClocks.
