Arcoro is excited to announce to our cross-module customers the synchronization of data between Core and Talent as we continue to unify the customer experience across our platform. Arcoro presents the latest in this work with the release of our Core to Talent API sync. We have also included some general enhancements to improve cross-module integrations in the future.
What does this mean to you?
- Real-time updates are made between the same shared fields within the Arcoro modules to keep data in-sync. Elimination of the 4 hour wait time!
- Quicker onboarding of new hires
- Processing of employee changes
- Less manual upkeep of system maintenance (elimination of Talent User Import error reports!)
- Additional fields we’ve included with the new sync between modules. This extends to other modules our customers may have, including ET, Onboarding and/or Payroll, for example.
Core HR to Talent Sync
You can find additional details about the Core HR to Talent Sync in our dedicated article here.
Additional Modules Included in Syncing
If you have modules outside of Core HR and Talent, such as ExakTime, this module will also be included in the syncing of shared fields soon. Look for future release notes to provide what fields will be syncing between all modules.
If you have the Onboarding module, shared fields like Locations are synced between all modules to allow for singular management of company-level location settings.
General Enhancements to Talent
In addition to the improvements for the Core HR and Talent Sync, we have also made some general enhancements to Talent.
Within the People page of Account Admin:
- Viewing of what users are synced to other products with viewing, sorting and searching.
- Displays for all companies, one or more products. Allows for management of syncing users in future, should another product be purchased.
- If no other products, sync will still state “True” within column.
- If in future, another product is purchased, these users will sync to that product, unless the checkbox within the user profile is unchecked.
Added Job Code listing to the table for viewing, sorting, searching.
Updated “Delete” to “Deactivate” for users only within Learning/Performance.
- If no “Deactivate” appears next to user, then they are managed in your Core HR product (if active).
Button update from “New Item” to “Add a Person”, for clearer management of users in Learning/Performance only.
