Reviewing Referral Network Contact Log for the ATS

The contact log can be reviewed to see the communications sent to a specific referral as a whole or communication with an individual person within that network.

Navigating to Referral Networks
  • Click Administration from the top menu bar.

  • Click Referral Networks from the list on the left-hand side.

Reviewing Contact Log for Network

  • Click View Contact Log for the desired referral network.

  • A new pop-up will appear. Select a date range and click Refresh Log.

For an Individual Referral Network Member

  • Click List Members for the desired network.

    ATS

  • Find the desired contact and click View Log for that contact.

  • A new pop-up will appear. Select a date range and click Refresh Log.
