The contact log can be reviewed to see the communications sent to a specific referral as a whole or communication with an individual person within that network.
Navigating to Referral Networks
- Click Administration from the top menu bar.
- Click Referral Networks from the list on the left-hand side.
Reviewing Contact Log for Network
- Click for the desired referral network.
- A new pop-up will appear. Select a date range and click .
For an Individual Referral Network Member
- Click for the desired network.
- Find the desired contact and click for that contact.
- A new pop-up will appear. Select a date range and click .
