If a user is having issues with their password when signing in to Onboarding, they can either reset their password themselves or you can reset their password for them.
Navigating to Users

Click Administration from the menu bar.

Click the Users tab.
- Find the user from the list or use the search box.

On the far right of the user's row, click the ... button and click Edit.

Scroll down to the bottom left of the menu.

Click the Reset Password button.

Click Save/Cancel.
