Agency Portal: Agency Portal Configuration

Admin > Agency Portal

System Admin has some configuration items to do:

1. Create the Agencies they want to have access
2. Add a role for the Agency Users
3. Change permission, if applicable, to allow users to Submit Jobs to Agencies.
   • Used for roles other than system admin.
     • Ex: A hiring manager role has the ability to post jobs. If you want them to be able to submit jobs to a recruiter for assistance turn this switch on for that role.
4. Change permission, if applicable, to allow their users to view the Agency Portal
   • Used for roles other than system admin.
     • Ex: A hiring manager role has the ability to manage candidates on a job. If you want them to be able to accept or decline prospects this switch on for that role.

Create Agencies

One of the great things is they are not limited to working with one Agency in particular.

To do this:

1. Click on Agencies.
2. Then Click on Add Agency (Green Button); fill out the form and Save Changes. This is for the main contact at the agency.
3. There isn’t a system generated role automatically created as this is part of an add-on service. However, there are 3 permissions associated to the new package if enabled. All of these permissions are in the System Wide Permissions.

You can give as much or as little access to your users as you choose, this is completely configurable!

Add a role for the Agency Users

If you only want the user to have access to the Agency Portal area only and no other spots within your software: Turn on: Only Access the Agency Portal Area.

Change permission – Allow to Submit Jobs to Agencies

1. If you only want them to be able to submit jobs to the agency portal, but not access it\
   • Turn on: Submit Jobs to Agencies
2. If you want them to be able to submit jobs and access the area to approve or deny
   • Turn on: Access Agency Portal Area
   • Submit Jobs to Agencies

Change permission – Allow to View Agency Portal

1. If you only want them to be able to see the agency portal to accept or deny BUT NOT be able to submit jobs
   • Turn on: Access Agency Portal Area

Using Agency Portal

To use agency portal the client can request the services of their agencies in 3 spots:

1. When creating a job
2. When creating a requisition
3. When a job is posted and want assistance
