The W2 Employee History page allows you to view, create, edit, or delete a W2 for an employee.
The salary data on this page is also used in the EEO1- Component 2 reporting.
W2 information can be imported via a Standard Import or with the W2 PDF Import, if enabled for your company account.
Navigating to W2 for an Employee
- Expand Employee, expand Payroll, and click W2 from the menu.
- If already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over "Payroll" to show the available pages and click W2.
You will have columns for:
- Year
- Wages
The Actions drop-down menu allows you to:
Creating a W2 Record
- Click from the Actions drop-down menu.
- Enter the year and wages for the W2 record.
- Click when finished.
Editing a W2 Record
- Click the year of the record to edit.
- Edit the year/wage.
- Click Save when finished.
Delete a W2 Record
- Use the checkbox for the W2 record(s) towards the far-right.
- Click Delete Selected Record(s) from the Actions drop-down menu.
- Confirm the deletion.
