The EEOC/Additional Information tab helps an administrator maintain compliance with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission - EEOC.
An administrator can create the Employer EEO-1 Report which can be printed and mailed to the EEOC.
EEOC Information
The Employer Information Report EEO-1, otherwise known as the EEO-1 Report, is required to be filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee. The due date for the EEO-1 Reports has differed throughout the years, so it is best to confirm the due date(s) by referring to official websites such as EEOC.gov.
- From the menu, expand Employee and click Demographic Info.
- If already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over "Employee" to show the available pages. Click Demographic Info.
- Click the EEOC/Additional Info Tab tab from the Demographic Info page.

Ethnicity - Ethnicity is used for EEO-1 Reporting.
- The ethnicity drop-down field will populate with the ethnicities entered from the respective field value setup page. For more information, you can refer to the following article.
- Occupation - The occupation drop-down field will populate with the occupations entered from the respective field value setup page. For more information, you can refer to the following article.
- Workers Compensation - The workers compensation drop-down field will populate with the workers comp codes entered on the respective field value setup page. For more information, you can refer to the following article.

EEO Class - EEO Class is used for EEO-1 and Vets-4212 Report. EEO Class values are pre-defined and cannot be changed.
- 1.1 - Executive/Senior Level Officials and Managers
- 1.2 - First/Mid Legel Officials and Managers
- 2 - Professionals
- 3 - Technicians
- 4 - Sales Workers
- 5 - Administrator Support Workers
- 6 - Craft Workers
- 7 - Operatives
- 8 - Laborers and Helpers
- 9 - Service Workers
- Tax Form - Tax Form values are pre-defined and cannot be changed.
When Using Millennium for Payroll
For EZSync accounts in which "Millennium" is selected as the Payroll Provider under Payroll Settings, there are additional fields and functions for this tab.
The "Work State" drop-down menu will filter based upon the employer selected on the Employer Mapping tab. This is to prevent the addition of a new hire into a Work State that is not configured for taxes in payroll.
The "Tax Form" drop-down menu will dictate whether or not tax records are generated and maintained for an employee. Changing a W2 employee to either 1099 tax form will result in current tax records being end-dated.
The Memo field allows for payroll-related memos to be stored with the employee profile. By checking the "Show in Pay Entry" checkbox, the memo will display for the employee in the Payroll Entry screens.
Additional checkboxes will appear for W2 reporting purposes:
- Retirement PLan
- Statutory
- Deceased
- Deferred Comp
- Seasonal
- Family

NOTE: The Employer Information Report EEO-1, otherwise known as the EEO-1 Report, is required to be filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee. Reports must be submitted and certified by September 30 yearly at the latest.
