HR Data provides the administrator insight into vital employee HR information such as:
- Prefilled Forms - Allow the user to view forms that the employees are required to complete. For example: I9, Internet Policies, and Employee Handbooks.
- Surveys - Surveys give the employee the opportunity to provide feedback to the organization on many different subjects. An unlimited amount of surveys may also be created by the system administrator.
- Wellness Programs - Wellness Campaigns provide the ability to create and track various Wellness Metrics at the employee level in order to promote positive well-being within your organization.
- Workflows - A series of steps/fields that can be assigned to an employee.
